ESPN radio here in Seattle this morning is/was attributing yesterday's SeaHens loss to (in order):

- horrendous, beyond what should be allowed as playable, field conditions in SF
- refs making bad calls against Seattle
- using the wrong cleats, and how Seattle would have brought different cleats if they had known the field was going to be so bad

Funny that the hour I listened to never discussed:

- Janakowski's missed PAT on the opening drive (had he made it, there would never have been OT play) immediately followed by
- poor special teams tackling and Janakowski's failure to even be a minuscule part of the action during the return
- lack of discipline (the root of the called penalties all game long)
- that they got slapped at the dinner table by a team that was in a 3-way tie for worst in the NFL

The level of whining was right as expected this morning, with the usual "we were playing the refs as well as the opposing team, and never had a chance with the deck stacked against us" boo-hoo tripe that Seattle fans are well known for crying about after most every loss

Stopped reading after "ESPN Radio"...

Eh, Pack is done for the year. Needed house cleaning has started.

I'm solidly on the Nick Foles bandwagon now. This week any way.

At least the Pack will have a much earlier crack at a qb in the draft than the Pats

(I wish that was trash talk)

Maybe the Pats could sign Nick Foles (soon to be 2 time Super Bowl Champion) at the end of the year and show Brady the door. Use their draft picks to find a decent safety instead of trying to have Gronk play both ways (on the field that is, wink, wink)

KC, 11-3, remaining games against Oakland and seachickens.

Houston, 10-4, remaining games against Philly and Jacksonville.

foxborough, 9-5, will probably finish at 11-5.

What's the story with the tiebreakers?

I was hoping that he was stepping aside under his own decision. Doesn't sound like that's the case. The worse thing is when someone's out of control and doesn't want help. Hope things work out for him
