Will be doing a small batch (2 gallons) of all grain oatmeal stout this weekend. Receipe for the 2 gallons calls for:

3 lbs. 12.9 oz Pale malt (2 row) US
9.8 oz caramel/crystal malt 60L
4.9 oz roasted barley (300.0 SRM)

Question is, I want to use Belgian Special-B. Which of the 4 grains do I replace with Belgian Special-B, and do I use the same amount?

Thank you.

If you must, the Carmel. Special B is pretty close to Carmel/Crystal 150L. (I know somebody that just read BYO is going to give me grief, but to my taste crystal/carmel...whatever.) Plus....you might want some Oatmeal in your Oatmeal stout.... :D

Yea, beat me to it. Where is the Oatmeal? You know you can use Quaker Oat Meal, cheaper that what they sell at the LHBS.
