Hey brewers,
So made a 20l/5 gallon tripel. Thinking of oak aging. Now I don't have a barrel so I would need to use chips. Any advice.
Thanks for the help in advance.

What flavor profile are you seeking? You can use chips, cubes or spirals.
You can use a blowtorch to "toast" the oak or leave it plain.
You can boil the oak and then put it in or pre soak it in bourbon, or red or white wine. You need to take frequent samples and taste it. Once the oak flavors are in there, the only way to reduce it is to blend with un oaked beer.
