Hi.
For my next brew Im going to do somesort of nzpa (New Zealan Pale Ale).
I have a punch of Wai-Ti hops and Nelson Sauvin in my fridge for this, but Im kind of looking somesort of third hop or the "hop x" for it, so that it won't be overpowered by tropical fruit tones, something to slightly balance and support it. I got: Cascade, Amarillo, Columbus(going to use this for bittering), Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Willamette, EKG, Styrian Goldings (Bobek) and Magnum. Any thoughts?

The recipe looks like this:

14l Batch, with 19l of preboil volume. OG 1.057. Single Infusin and Batch Sparge, No mash out. Mash Temp. 68c. IBU: 57

65%/ 2,5kg Pale Ale malt (5,5lb)
15,5%/ 0,6kg Vienna (1,32lb)
6,5%/ 0,25kg Cara60l (0,55lb)
3,9%/ 0,15kg CaraPils (0,33lb)
2,6%/ 0,1kg Wheat Malt (or maybe Aromatic malt?) (3,5oz)
6,5%/ 0,25kg Light DME (0,55lb)

Hops:
60min 12g Columbus (0,42oz)
15min 25g Wai-Ti (0,88oz)
10min 15g Nelson Sauvin (0,5oz)
5min "Hop X"
0min 25g Wai-Ti (0,88oz)

Going to steep some hops to mimic the whirlpool addition:
20g Wai-Ti (0,7oz)
15g Nelson Sauvin (0,5oz)
"Hop X"

Dryhops for 7-10 days:
30g Wai-Ti (1oz)
15g Nelson Sauvin (0,5oz)
10g Columbus (0,35oz)

Yeast: Safale US-05
