Looks like they should run on kerosene and liquid O2, freaking rocket motors. I love how the seller doesn't even know for sure what they are or how they work and they are selling 2 for 500 bucks. Id give them 30 dollars a piece for them

They look like standard high pressure propane burners. Useful for heating sparge water, but they will caramelize wort instantly. I use one for burning blackberry canes and it will use a 20 lb tank in under an hour.
