Nova Scotian hello

Hey all,

I am a total noob to the homebrew world I have only done 2 micro (1-2 liter) batches of wine as a test to learn the basics, mind you my dad brewed beer for around 9 years and kept a meticulous journal, unfortunately it diapered about 12 years ago. so I figured I am around the same age he was when he started brewing so why not pick up where he left off... looking forward to learning from and sharing with all of you :rockin:
