Here's another label I whipped up today for my ESB, but I'm not sure if I like it or not. Any thoughts? I wanted the background to come across as abit cartoonish, but I don't think I achieved that in this one.

I think what may help is to have a vanishing point for the road. This would mean having a horizon line as well. Then you could have the beer floating in the sky above the vanishing point with a glowing halo type thing going on. I'm no artist so don't feel like you have to listen to me

I like the textures of the beer.

it looks like the road is headed for the sky so maybe just have the road taperd off with some clouds around it

Ditto on the other comments. Personally I'd shrink the top line a little and use the blue area to post small text like recipe, history of the name, or a "modified" surgeon general's warning.
