Sorry if I should've posted this elsewhere but figured it was still worth a shot. I am brewing the extract version of Gunslingers Graff(recipe herehttp://brewingtv.com/recipe/2012/9/18/gunslingers-graff.html) and on hand I have 2gals of distilled water which I thought was spring initially. If I recall distilled water has had the minerals removed, but I can't recall if this would still be ok? for what i intend to brew, or if I would be better off getting something else, Tap water here in Washington state is just fine but this being my first beer of sorts i wasn't too sure and figured it's better safe than sorry. Any help is as always appreciated. Thank you.

Also on a side note, not sure if this would affect things much from the recipe but it calls for 1oz cascade hops at 60min and 1.5oz later. Would it affect the outcome much just going 1oz at 60 and another 1oz at 20min?
