Saw that on reddit today. Funny stuff, I passed it around the office.

Unfortunately, it only shows a guy holding some money. No actual transaction documented there. Maybe he just owes the guy money.

: )

It's too bad the Google Earth flight sim is so hard to do, might be fun to fly through some of these neighborhoods.

So SWMBO had never seen street view before on Google and thought it was a joke. So I showed her our house in street view. Know what we saw?

Our house has a front yard. That front yard has about a 4 foot wide swath of grass alongside the street cut out and filled with gravel. This is our parking spaces. It is on private property- we gave up our lawn to get it. It fits two and a half cars, it'll fit three if the cars are small.

So some jerk last summer didn't just park in our spot, he parked his BMW dead in the middle, effectively taking up all the spots. If he'd pulled all the way up, we could've managed, but no, he's parked dead in the middle. So I squeezed my impossibly tiny little sportscar in front of him, using my parallel parking skills that I learned in downtown Chicago. I was 3 inches off his bumper. And Swmbo squeezed in back of him, parking 2 inches from his bumper.

And the next day was a Tuesday- our day off.

Interestingly, there was no knock on the door, the car just sat there all day.... but he never parked in our spot again.

And Google Street View shows the picture of us parked in our spots and that dude blocked in. That was the day they took the picture. She thought that was pretty hilarious.

Aw man, it says it's no longer available :(

However... if you travel past the "no longer available" frames, at the first available frame, you can use the turn arrows to turn around about 140 degrees. From that angle you can't see the money being exchanged, but you can see the dude by the car.

Damn, they actually got Google to take it down? Just another example of the powerful Crack Cocaine lobby (or, as we like to call them, "Big Crack").
