Not enough rose grapes to get full batch recipe - add concentrate or jucie to balance

So my grapes did not yield enough to get enough juice for the 10 gallon grape weight needed for my wine recipe. Is it better to balance out with concentrate or juice or just go with the 6 lbs I got and reduce the batch?

I combined the total grape yield of Frontenac and Catawba and will make a rose colored wine

Any assistance appreciated!

Also if you have a recipe for a simple 5 gallon batch I am all ears!
