Hey folks!
I've been lurking for a while and decided to jump in and ask if anyone has brewed the Single Hop Best Kit from Northern Brewer recently? If so, how did it turn out?
I've been a homebrewer since 1994 with a LONG hiatus marriage, kids, travel/work, but am now back into it. I just recently dusted off my gear and have been filling my pipeline with brews. Currently sitting on a Belgian Triple (from a kit), and NB's Scottish 80-/. I've got enough gear to keep 3 batches going simultaneous, so I think I will
.
I have to say, the changes over the years from when I started to now definitely encourage success right off. I did not have access to star-san (I think I used b-brite or something at the time), and it is so easy to use! That and the movement to keep your batch on the primary then go direct to bottle after a few weeks really helps keep the steps down! I'm totally excited all over again!
Nice to meet you all! PS I'm in MN.

ps Something about this weather makes me think of a cozy English country pub... Bitters on my mind!
