Hey all. I've been brewing since December and I've brewed 4 extract brews (pale ale, IPA, bitter ale and an imperial IPA). All my brews so far have been great and I've experimented with each recipe based on info I've found here.
I just gotten a 10 gal mash tun and a 10 gal hot liquor tun (fly sparging from the get go). Plan on doing my first all grain batch next weekend.
I love brewing a lot. I lived in Germany for four years when I was in the Army and that opened my eyes to what beer is supposed to be about.
Looking forward to conversating with everyone and sharing my experiences/recipes.
