Greetings from WNY and one of FORBES most miserable cities in America!
I grew up in various suburbs of Rochester NY and moved to Buffalo for school, then work, and haven't looked back.
I frequent Niagara Tradition for my brew supplies and advice, they freakin' rock and are very helpful.:rockin:
Tim and the guys at Flying Bison are a great inspiration, resource, and their beer rules!:rockin:
I am intent on perfecting the house pale ale and porter. mmm porter!
I have casually been using this website as a resource for the past year and the more I learn the more I need to know and perfect, thank you all!

fyi currently currently extract w/grains, ready to move to partial mash. All grain is in the not so distant future with SWMBO's brother.

BUFFALO!

hey, have you been to the pearl street brew pub? they have a nice IPA (they call it a pale ale, its a little too hop forward to call it a pale) and a good IIPA. I went there after the last bills game.
welcome aboard from a brewer in canandaigua

The "Lake Effect" from Pearl Street is good, I agree. I also like the "Trainwreck" (amber) and "Canal Street" (oatmeal stout). The food there is excellent as well, and they do a great Sabres pregame party buffet.

fyi will trade Mighty tacos for Garbage Plates!
