hello fellow brewers! my name is neal and ive been brewing for a little while now. only 4 times so far.

i mostly do pale ales because it is simple but i like most types of beers so if you have any recommendations for a medium difficulty brew let me know. my last brew was actually a bit more then im used to called Sweet Caroline Pale Ale. a bit more ingredients then i used to but still pretty simple.

ANYWAY, i hope to learn more about brewing on this website and remember, Relax, dont worry, have a homebrew.

your noob brewer.

ive just been using a brewers best kit and brewers best ingredient kits and following the instructions. the last recipe i got (Sweet Caroline Pale Ale), was a bit different for me since i have only been using brewers best but i was able to pull it off. i hope .

The kits from monsterbrew.com are well put together too. Just finished an Irish stout that came out awesome. Have a pale ale kit on the way for a little more experience and then I'm going to give a more complex recipe a go myself. Good luck man, this is definitely the place to go for help. The guys on here have been AWESOME with helping me out!
