This is the weirdest thing ever. I am not a pro but I am not a newbie either and I have never had this before. I did a starter with a White Labs Irish Ale on Thursday night hoping to brew a Stout tomorrow. It is a 2 liter starter with 1 cup of extra light DME and added the tube. This afternoon, I have no activity to speak of.... about 1 bubble every 10 minutes. That doesn't bother me as much as the fact that there is little or no yeast smell coming from the airlock after a bubble comes through. Has anyone got any ideas about this.....
