So I have debated over getting a nitrogen setup for a while and have tried to figure out how to do it the cheapest.
I have a two faucet kegerator and would like to have one tap dedicated to a stout faucet. Im also trying to defeat having two tanks in the kegerator. So if i prime my non stout keg with the same to the desired carb level instead of with some less priming sugar as I have been doing with my co2 set up, can i then push that beer with the nitrogen? This seems like it would work and as long as i have a dual regulator so I can have the presure higher for the stout faucet.
If this works is it worth doing since there is less nitrogen in the same size tank as Co2? and also Im assumung more expensive and more fequent fills. But if i can find somewhere that will fill my Co2 tank with nitrogen it would be much cheaper than a whole nitrogen set up.
Let me know what your input is please!
