Newbie to the forum from SW Louisiana.

Hi ya'll,
Been brewing and wine making off n on for about twenty years. Used to buy PBR malt extract at the local market basket. Then started ordering online. Now we have a great local shop. I just last evening did my first all grain batch, a nut brown ale. Had a ton of fun, and learned a lot.
I will post some reviews when it's done.
