Hello all im new to this and would like to make my first batch. I live in texas so if anyone else does and knows some answers to the location based questions it would be very helpful.
Q1: where is a place to get honey that isnt insanely expensive? (trying to get like 3 gallons of honey)
Q2: What yeast would be good for a 74 degree environment?
Q3: Is it bad to put in fruits/spices when your first making the mead? (ive heard conflicting things about this)
