Just want to introduce myself.
I went to a neighbors house for a learn to home brew event. After a bunch of reading and watching videos I purchased my first kit. I went with a 1 gallon kit from Northern Brewer. Then bough an additional 1 gallon carboy. For my first brew I did 2 1 gallon batches. Just bottled last week. I have 3 more 1 gallon recipes on the way from Brooklyn brew shop. Can't wait to brew again this weekend.

Thanks for all the information
Jay

Welcome to the club, Jaydog. Watch your fermentation temps down there. I used to brew some pretty bad stuff when I lived in Tampa back in the 80's! Just let us know if you need help with anything.

Thanks Minky, with all the reading and information on this forum I've been off to a decent start. I had a mini fridge sitting around not being used. Since I've done 1 gallon batches, I can get 2 carboys in there without any problem. I have it connected to an Stc1000.
I plan on using it to build a fermentation cooler.
