Yeah, the eastern states would want it that way, they would have everyone thinking it's just them!! Bastards.
No but really, Western Australia is the biggest state, but with the smallest population. Pretty quiet over here,
Thanks for the welcomes! 🍻🍻

i'm not really familar with coopers kits, how many gallons are you making?

and i'll have to google earth western oz now!

So the coopers kit is just a large plastic fermenter, six gallons I believe, (23 litres).
It's just an extract mix, pre measured amounts of dextrose and malt extracts etc.
Fairly straight forward, although I'm looking forward to expirementing once I have done a couple of brews. :)

Have you got any favourite recipes?
And do you brew from extracts or start from scratch?

i brew 10 gallon batches, so each batch is unique like making sweet love!

scratch....chicken that is! ;) what i mean is i malt my own barley.....

was your kit pre hopped?
That's a decent amount, I would love yo learn more about brewing from scratch.

I am sure the kit was pre hopped, I think the next batch I brew I will certainly be adding some hops of my choice though :)
