Great site! Lots of good info but sometimes very confusing. I guess everyone has their own take on things! Sanitation is key! Looking forward to many great batches be it beer or cider.

Some say free advice is worth what you paid for it- I think the info on this forum is fabulous considering. I highly recommend supplementing your internet brewing information with some of the great brewing books out there, though.
