Hello All,

Brand new to brewing. Brother got me into it, hes been brewing for about a year or so with his buddies! Moved back home and decided to get me into it and there is no turning back. Just sent batch number three to the fermenter.

First batch was a Weizen/Weissbier. Turned out to be more clove like then fruity/clove like. We believe it is a fermenting temperature issue.

Second batch was a American Wheat. Turned out very tasty. Just cooling and and carbonating!

Third batch is another Weizen/Weissbier. Trying it again as we are so new and trying to work out the kinks!

Any tips/tricks are much appreciated!!

Welcome from Northern BC!! Love to see more Canadians. I do BIAB and some occasional extracts when I'm lazy or curious.

Welcome from another from the prairies! What's your setup? Brewing extract or grain?

All Grain. We decided to go this way to know what the hell is actually going into our beer haha....:mug:

We are also brewing 5 gallon batches...
