So I just bought a new home and have got myself moved in. Ready for my first brew in the new place when I realized that we have some seriously hard water here. I had never worried much about my water profile before the move because our water was softened and wasn't that bad to begin with.

So anyway, here's the water quality report I recieved:

pH 7.0-7.8
Hardness (as CaCO3) 360mg/L
Sodium 5.0-52mg/L
Nitrate 0.25 mg/L

Obviously the 360mg/L is what I'm concerned with. What should I look out for or what should I do to combat it?

You could either boil your water or dilute it with distilled to lower your hardness.
