I live in Lincoln, and I just graduated from the American Brewers Guild's Intensive Brewing Science and Engineering program. We spent last week at Harpoon's satellite brewery in Windsor, VT. I must say that the way they run things down there is a great model for everyone to follow. Very efficient, clean, great quality brews and people.
As for me I have a 10 gallon home system that I intend to use as a pilot brewery for recipe development over the next few months. I am looking for work in the industry locally, and would love to hear any ideas as to how I might separate myself from other applicants. Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
