Im new to Brewing, and sort of new to the Forums here!

I've been wanting to get into home brewing for a while now, and been reading this forum, and lots of other online sites and what not... then for xmas this year my wife and family got together and bought me pretty much everything I needed to start, do full grain brews, and keg my beer!!!

So I figured it was time to finally officially "join" the forums, and post in the introduction section!

So far I have made (2) beers. First was an extract kit that came as part of my gift, it was a german style light beer, it sat in a primary frementer for a little over a week, when it hit its FG, now currently in bottles carbing and conditioning...

The second brew was a partial mash kit for a witbier, which is currently completing its first week in fermentation, current gravity reading shows more fermenting to go!

look forward to chatting/learning from all you home brewers!!!
