Although I work at Austin Homebrew Supply (6 years), I ebb and flow in brewing. I brew beer, cider, wine, make cheese, learning about the distilling process, yogurt.. you name it... Just not all the time.
I started out learning from a friend 10 years ago and it just took over.
Countless times I have stalked HomebrewTalk for knowledge for my job and myself. Two years ago I finally started a new account and just today I started interacting.
