New to kegging

I'm looking to keg a brew in the near future and I need to purchase some equipment. I have a sanke keg but I need the rest of the gear to carbonate and serve. Not including the CO2 tank and hose clamps, is what's in the picture everything I would need?

Get 15 ft of beer line. The short line you have pictured will give you very foamy pours.

Not sure how practical a Sanke keg is for the home brewer application. There are folks on here that use them for sure, but filling, cleaning and maintaining is different than corny kegs. I know that ball lock kegs are more HB'er friendly and what I use. I'd do some homework on the Sanke application first just to get a handle on the best approach. Most keggers have multiple kegs as I have 12. Sanke kegs are usually harder to find legally.
