New to the forums, great info.

I was inspired to home brew after a trip to the new Stone Liberty Station restaurant and brewery in San Diego. I have always been into beer, but this was the turning point for me.I have 5 gallons of Pacific pale ale mini mash ready to bottle
4 gallons of hard cider ready to split, half carb, half still, may, back sweeten. 1 gallon of mead in primary , prepping for a pumpkin ale for Halloween . Been having a blast..
