Hi my name is George I am from lancaster PA started out homebrewing with good old Mr. Beer. Just bought some better equipment (brewers best) and have my first batch going right now I stated safe went with the Brewers best American Light (so if screw it up no harm done) I have one major concern that happened during my boil (or should I say non-boil ) thats right my stove didnt get the water hot enough to boil max temp was 195 talked to the gents over at the just opened lancaster homebrew he said shouldnt be a big deal is he right.
 
You will have beer, Did you add hops or was it a pre-hopped extract kit? If you added hops, you just won't get the same utilization maybe

Just get another heat source for next time.
 
You should be fine with it being an extract. I had a few in my early years that may not have made 180 degrees, and still turned out decent.
If possible, think about going to a propane burner at some point. The boil will be more important when you migrate to partial grain and eventually all grain.
 
thanks guys been in the fermenter 3 days bubbles 1 every 3 seconds I would guess first 2 days was going nuts it at a slow down
