Guess I should say hi to everyone and say that brewing is not new to me but the whole forum and internet thing is 
Never been a fan of computers and done my best to avoid them for the most part but as things go it is unavoidable but also vey handy and informative and much quicker than tracking down books . Still prefer a book but there is a wealth of knowledge on here that can't be found in a book
Well that will do i think I have got to go bottle an IPA and move my wheat beer into the fermenter now it has chilled tried something new with the wheat from some info i got from on here so fingers crossed it works a treat.
