New to brewing!

Hello all, my name is Ross and I live in Baltimore, MD.

I am about to purchase a home brewing kit of sort and dive headlong into a new hobby.

My favorite beers right now are:

Victory Hop Devil
Newcastle
Bass
Boulevard Pale Ale
Red Hook IPA
Smithwicks

Pretty much anything along those lines.

This hobby promises to be both cheaper and more relaxing than my other hobby: motorcycle roadracing.

Welcome to the forum! and jump on head first. i must say i had my last victory hopdevil tonight and i came to the realization that i think this beer is hugely possible to surpass. i am new to homebrewing as well, and i think that you will find this as fascinating as i do...
