Hi there all. I'm from Southern California and have been brewing now for almost 2 months.
Being that I'm an experimental kind of person (read nut bag control freak in the kitchen), I jumped into one gallon all-grain batches after my second extract brew. Well, that and I can be down right cheap when I know that I can get/do something for a better price.
Really though, I just wanted to say "HI" and thank this generous community of people who ask questions, answer questions, and just share their experiences. As an avid researcher, this community and the few books on brewing that I've purchased have allowed me to make my cheapness a reality...and drink it too.
