I am very new to all grain infact i have only made 2 batches. I am wanting to get into competition brewing and would like to start by doing some small batches, About a gallon. I don't have my own all grainsystem and am wanting to build a system that is smaller for experimenting with my beers. Does anyone have a design or an equipment list that a DIY might be able to us I am haveing trouble finding one online.
