Hello all,

My name is Charlie and I just started brewing about 2 months ago. I wanted to introduce myself and can't wait to read up on ideas and tips on making the best damn beer in town.

My first brew was a American wheat that went over fairly well.

I am originally from New Mexico and want to infuse Southwest flavor in my brews, but for now I am very pleased with making basic beer and developing my skills. Just wanted to say hello. Thanks.

Hey Charlie, welcome. If you want to make great beer, you need to know how to take care of yeast. I've found brewing a range of products (cider, wine, mead) to really expand my understanding of fermentation.

Welcome Charlie from the other side of the state! I have family in Ruidoso and Albuquerque and love those southwest flavors you are talking about!
Jeremy
