Hey there Air! Las cruces just south of you. Have you checked out the yahoo new mexico brewers groups yet? I am thirstycracker in the desert quenchers, we are all looped together some how in the new mexico brewers something or the other! Check it out and welcome aboard. I figured ballooners would be making champaign.

I really prefer beer over champagne. The only reason ballooning and champagne got together is that it was French noblemen who started ballooning. If it had been the Germans, Irish or English, I'm sure they would have taken beer aloft with them. But I may look into make some bubbly once I figger out this beer making thing.

And BTW, the wife and I both are Aggies from NMSU mid '70s.
