Most of us on this forum here are just homebrewers, brewing 5-15 gallon batches. Only very few here brew much bigger batches, although quite a few brew smaller ones (1-3 gallons).
Have you brewed beer before?
Are you thinking of selling your beer, hence brewing larger volumes?
30-50 gallons (1-2 barrels) is a rather large amount for homebrewers, while actually small for selling commercially, such as tap rooms.
Can you buy brewing equipment locally, in Georgia or neighboring countries?
You could check auctions, breweries that are going out of business, etc.
