Hey all, after poking around the forums for a while, hunting for recipes, I decided to register. I'm a novice homebrewer, but very enthusiastic and eager to try almost anything. I'm sure I'll have lots of panicked questions to ask you guys, and I look forward to hearing from you all. Cheers

Haha, thanks. I've already had some suggestions that I think might be a little bit too much (bacon beer, among others), but that's what it's all about, right?

Down in southern Westchester. It seems like upstate is much better for homebrewing, I've got a cousin up by Rochester who says there are a lot of stores around him, but I haven't found much down by me.
