Hello!
I live on the Gulf coast and my brother and i started home brewing beer a few years ago. We don't do it too often anymore, and I've recently discovered kombucha which I really like. It helps that it's supposedly healthy as well and keeps the wife off my back about "drinking too much"
I honestly got sick of brewing beer, it was more expensive than purchasing it ready to drink, took a lot of time, and with all the craft beer available now a days it just doesn't make sense to me to continue with it. BUT, I'd really like to start brewing kombucha, I assume there's no issue using the equipment I already have, and seems like it will be a much quicker, easier, cost saving (booch from the store is $$$$), funn-er ?? hobby. Looking forward to any help I can get.
