Hello,
Im an apple cidermaker artisan (330 gallon's batch this year), and I also want to increase my knowledge about; artisan Spritz producer (botanically brewed) following the seasons.
TODAY: I searched the HomeBrewTalk, and even I could find some information about forced carbonation I couldn't find the following:
What is the maximum pressure at which the regulator from a CO2 cylinder must be set, to force CO2 into a 1 or 2 litres PET-water bottle (for water), at 2°C or 35°F. (Using a 5 lb CO2 tank and a carbonation-cap)
What is the maximum pressure from a CO2 cylinder a PET bottle can handle.
Thank you
