Just started brewing about a week ago. Got small kit from the local supply store. I have also picked up a 5G glass secondary and some other bits and peices to help the brewing go smoother. I have never done it before but I have a few friends that have. Drawing from them and I hope you I will learn how to make a good brew for my friends and I to enjoy this coming year.

Welcome to the obsession! It's good having another Ohioan on board.

Welcome Oakwood.

Are you extract brewing.
It's good to hear you're doing a secondary. That's one of the easy to do improvements to improve a brew.

Other tips.

Don't use sugar in the ferment.
Sanitise.
Watch the temp.
Be patience
