Check out the HERMS system I put together. I got the pump from East Coast Brew Parts online for around 70 and the bucket heater for 45 on amazon. I can now recirculate for 60 mins of the mash and keep a steady temperature throughout the mash tun. The coil is my stainless steel wort chiller. I put my probe in the hot liquor tank and set it to a 6 degree temperature differential to keep a steady mash temp. Check out the video I made:
