Hello Everybody,

Super excited for all the expertise and advice many of you have to offer. I have been brewing for a year and a half or so and have made Dusseldorf, Kolsch, chocolate coffee stout, saison, amber tripel, cream ale, Irish red, Belgian dark ale, bourbon barrel stout. Currently, have an apricot saison sitting in secondary.

I just bought a used kegerator so the beer is being enjoyed all too quickly.
