Hey everyone, I have been browsing this site for a few weeks so I figured it was time to join up. I just started home brewing, I had helped a couple friends make some brew kits, but wanted to start doing it on my own, so far I made a extract vanilla coffee stout for my first brew that turned out decent, I just bottled a extract IIPA which tasted great, looking forward to that in a few weeks, and I have my first attempt at a all grain Black IPA with bitter chocolate fermenting now. I am excited to learn more about brewing from you all.
