New guy in WA

Hello, my name is Nick. I'm new to homebrewing, but have been exposed to it for some time. My brother in law has been doing it for years and I've helped several times. He's been trying to talk me into it for years, and frankly I don't know why I waited so long. I just recently brewed my first batch.

Welcome to what is one of the most rewarding hobbies I have found. If you like science and or art it allows you to stretch your imagination and increase your knowledge in ways you would never think of. If you like to incessently tinker and build stuff, well, brewing can be the greatest excuse for any number of projects. It also plays nice with other hobbies as friends seem to always be happy when you bring some homebrew along. Where abouts in WA do you reside?

I'm in Snohomish. It's about 30 minutes north of Seattle.
