Hello,

I've brewed a few batches of extract and now I am going to be doing my first all grain brew in about a week. I did a mash tun cooler conversion and am looking forward to my first all grain! Any advice for the first time all grain brew?

Ouch - You've cloned a few threads with almost the same exact title (which would be good if you were looking for fellow Nebraska-ans).

Here is mine:

I lucked out and used a tad more descriptive title on mine. The forum then generates a list of other related threads at the bottom of the page.

I had a couple good examples of what not to do. Ed Wort's is a good beer, easy recipe, and low amount of different ingredients to cut down on confusion.

My $0.02

Welcome aboard.
