Hello! I'm new to home brewing and basically new to beer in general. I've been drinking mostly "craft" brews for the past 2 years or so, but I claim no knowledge or expertise, just enjoyment.
One of my good buddies has been brewing for a while and talked me into giving the extract brewing thing a shot. I picked up a BSG K3 equipment kit and a Brewer's Best Red Ale a little while back. It's been conditioning a couple weeks and I finally tried the first one Sunday night. No complaints here
I'm looking forward to getting more into it and trying some different brews. I look forward to the wealth of knowledge here. Thanks!
