Hi, I'm new to the site from PA. Started winemaking two years ago. We have a small orchard of about two dozen trees and various berries on our property. So far we've made grape, apple, strawberry, wineberry, black raspberry, blueberry, peach, and a blend of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry. Located in Adams County aka Apple Country, outside of Gettysburg. Surrounded by thousands of acres of apples and various other fruits.

Welcome aboard from a former Pa'er. While I do miss it sometimes, you can't beat the beach!

That sounds great! I love making 'country' wines, out of local fruit we grow or forage for.

My favorite is blackberry, but I make a chokecherry for our everyday wine that turns out great every year. I think I've done most common fruits and flavors, like dandelion. I've fermented everything from rhubarb to tomatoes, with only one or two that I wouldn't repeat.

Welcome to our forum.
