Hello! Finally joined the forums after spending many hours reading other people's posts and gleaning information from all of you fine folks!
A little bit about me: My name is Alex and I'm a fermentation science student at Oregon State University. Originally I went to OSU pursuing electrical & computer engineering but decided that fermentation was my real passion and what I wanted to focus my career on. I'll be graduating Spring 16' and hoping to find a job in the brewing or distilling industry. I recently started homebrewing again and the brewing bug has bit me hard! In the last 6 weeks I've started 4 batches and am currently enjoying my 2nd batch which was an amber wort hopped with cascade & fuggle and fermented with Safale T-58 called "Lil' Dub"
