Hi All! I figured since I have been browsing HBT for a while now, that I should introduce myself and get to know everyone. I've been brewing PM for about 2 years and about to do my first AG this weekend. I believe I have everything straight and I've read up on everything, all there is to do now is to just do it. I already have some good home brew and Apfelwein already done, so I think I should be good to go!
