Just wanted to pass along the news that we just released our newest Brewmaster Series Ingredient Kit: Firestone Walker's Pale 31. We test brewed this a little while ago and I was lucky enough to get a keg into my keezer. The good: It was delicious! The bad: It didn't last very long.
If you're in the mood to brew a hoppy pale ale, this is definitely worth a shot! We're also releasing The Brewing Network's "The Perfect Pale Ale" DVD - Justin and Matt Brynildson brew the Pale 31 kit on The Brewing Netork's BrewSculpture. It's a very educational (and entertaining) DVD that's definitely worth checking out.
